    If you don’t currently have a property, but would like to earn income from a short term rental, we can help! We know what makes a great short term rental and can help you find the perfect place to start.

  • Nothing to get started!

    Together, we’ll choose what level of management works best you.

    Our fees will be 15%, 20%, or 25% of gross booking payouts, depending on the overall services you need from Berkshire Vacation Rental.

  • We encourage you to stay in at your property when it’s convenient for you.

    We’ll work together to make sure the booking calendar reflects the dates you’d like your property to be available for personal use.
